Terms of Service — Guetta Technologies

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the websites, products, and services of Guetta Technologies ("we", "the company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services

Guetta Technologies builds and operates software products including Namaste Card (a traveler community and business partner program for India) and BarberBook (an appointment scheduling and business management platform for service providers). Features, pricing, and availability may change with notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of Services

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code; (e) use the Services to transmit malware or harmful code.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Guetta Technologies or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights except the limited right to use the Services as permitted.

5. Payments and Billing

For paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guetta Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Guetta Technologies harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
